Information we collect
We collect information you send us: your name, phone number, email address, project address, property details, and any photographs, videos, measurements or documents you attach to a quote, warranty or contact request. When you visit, we also temporarily store campaign tags, the referring website and your landing-page address in your browser for that session. If you submit a request, those details are saved with it to help us understand where requests come from. They are not sent to advertising tools.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, process payments, handle warranty requests, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the people needed to deliver your project — our installation crews, and service providers such as payment processors and email delivery services — or where required by law.
Uploaded photographs
Photos submitted with project or warranty requests are stored privately and are available only to authorized staff through temporary links. They are not posted publicly.
Project photographs
We may photograph the work area and finished installation for documentation and marketing, as described in our Terms and Conditions. We do not intentionally publish personal information, family photographs, street addresses or identifying documents, and you may ask in writing that project photographs not be used publicly.
Retention and security
Project records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing rey@oglyfloors.com or calling 561.862.3044. Some records must be retained to meet legal and warranty obligations.
