PVC Flooring Installation
Resilient PVC plank, tile and sheet installation for residential and commercial spaces.
Who this helps
- Homeowners wanting a durable, budget-friendly floor
- Rental units and offices
- Rooms where water resistance matters
A category, not a single product
PVC flooring is a family of resilient floors built from polyvinyl chloride polymers. Within that family you will find very different styles, thicknesses, core structures, locking systems and traffic ratings. An expanded PVC composite with foaming agents feels soft and quiet underfoot; a dense rigid PVC core behaves closer to stone. Both are sold as “PVC” at the store, so the spec sheet matters more than the label.
Why South Florida owners choose it
- Water-resistant product options for slab-on-grade homes
- Simple day-to-day cleaning
- Wide decorative selection in wood and stone visuals
- Residential and commercial ratings available
- Works well over existing concrete in remodels
- Plank, tile, sheet and specialty formats
Installation methods we perform
- Floating installation over approved underlayment
- Click-lock plank and tile
- Glue-down with manufacturer-approved adhesive
- Loose-lay in qualifying rooms
- Sheet installation when quoted
The method is dictated by the product, the subfloor and the room — not by preference. Glue-down needs a flatter, cleaner substrate than floating; loose-lay needs a specific perimeter detail.
Preparation drives the result
Clean subfloors, correct floor preparation, moisture evaluation, the right adhesive and suitable transitions are what separate a floor that lasts from a callback. In condominiums and high-rises we also confirm the building's sound-rating requirement before selecting underlayment.
